"The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean except for poor water pressure and not having hot water in the shower marred our stay esp after a long day out looking forward to a nice warm shower instead, we have a trickling shower and cold water. Requested maintenance to rectified it the next day - it was not fixed when we came back and a helpful technician came and managed to fixed the water pressure and the temperature of the water."

"First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. "I wanted to complain about the hotel I booked could not enter and that night I had to find another hotel for me to spend the night. the door to go up to the hotel lobby did not open even though I repeatedly knocked on the door and pressed the bell button but no one opened the door! the payment has been deducted from my account but I am unable to stay at the hotel I booked. the hotel phone number is not the number for the hotel! I want my money back as soon as possible!"
