"Unpleasant staffs at front desk at all time, all never smile never greet, all not helpful, feel like you are begging them for a room! All guests are forced to check in at 3pm which caused the super long queue during check in, even when u arrived earlier and some of the rooms are ready. No house keeping is provided unless 4 nights or longer. No exchange of towels if u stay more than a night, and extra charge for towels if u request to replace. Tennis court is chargeable and not well...

"I booked and paid for a non smoking room but they check in me for a smoking room. When I called the reception and query they just give me the reason the hotel is out of non smoking room. I requested for a clean up and I waited for 1hour no one shown up. I went down to the reception and complain then. They then simply change me to smaller room and ask me to go and have a look myself. That's definitely no! So I have no choice and to walk out of the hotel and find a new hotel myself!!!"

"This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

"アパートメントホテルなので、「まとまった期間に滞在したらどうなのか？」を基準にチェックしました。 洗濯が毎日できるのは、ワイシャツ使う出張には便利。ついでにランニングするので、Tシャツ、短パン、ソックスなんかも洗えて便利でした。アイロンとアイロン台は古いけどあります。 何とキッチン側の２つもあるコンセントが通電しておらず、洗面所のソケットで電気ケトルを使用する羽目に。ここはマイナスでした。 ベッドの寝心地は万人向けで良いと思いました。 2泊しましたが、バスタオルのみ2枚置かれていました。バスルームにはシャンプー（ボトル破損）とシャワーソープが備え付けです。シャワーの湯量は不足なしです。 すぐ横を大通りが通っているので、静かとは言えません。 その分、コンビニや飲食店は至近にたくさんあります。ホテルの一階もレストランで便利です。モールも徒歩圏内です。 最上階のジムやプール（プールは入ってません）は良いと思います。 長期滞在のハードルは高めなのでこのような評価ですが、なかなかに悪くないとは思います。"
