"The hotel room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately our room didn’t have an open window so it was difficult to tell the time of day without any natural light. Other rooms do have windows so I wish this was known ahead of time. While we were there, a big earthquake in Taiwan hit. Since we were in the 11th floor, the building swayed quite a bit. Fortunately nothing bad happened and we continued our stay. It was very comfortable and easy to fall asleep on the quality bed and pillow. "

"I had a 2 week trip in Taipei and stayed in 1 x 3 star, 2 x 4 star and a 1 x 5 star hotel. Overall, Grand Victoria had the best service and I believe value for money. Front desk was polite and courteous. They really go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. I had to ask to use the business center for printing documents and needed cardboard boxes for transporting, both demands were met with exceptional speed and great service.
