"The hotel is satisfactory. First time i was told we cannot be upgraded because we booking is standard rooms type. Cannot have high floor, cannot have connecting rooms as their construction is such that the connecting room is with a suite type. If you do not mind all these, then the stay is fine. We must say, the buffet spread is fantastic. This hotel is well connected to 1 Utama Mall which is a huge mall with great spread of retail shops. "The property shared a building with Point College, so it was basically renting the floor to facilitate as a hotel. I wouldn't mind that; the room was adequate for my stay and met my minimum expectations. Only two things that wasn't good enough: the pillows were so thin as if they have been used since 10 years ago, and despite having so-called WiFi I was not able to connect at all.
