The price is absolutely ridiculous for the type of hotel you are staying at. Don’t get me wrong they have renovated and it’s attached to the casino, but for $700 for one night in Niagara? Don’t waste your money! Look elsewhere on the strip for something cheaper and probably nicer!

Property was very clean. Short walk to Niagara Falls and even shorter walk for dining. Quiet area made easy to rest and relax.

Not too sure why there are so many negative reviews. From check in to check out, our stay was great. We already knew about the parking situation and chose to pay the $50 per night to park in the lot on premises for piece of mind. We had the presidential suite. The room was very clean, spacious and the view of the falls was great! The location of the hotel was perfect and in walking distance to everything. Once we parked our car, it never moved. We did take the WeGo bus to farther places. All in all our stay was great and would stay here again.
