Parking was not included, it was $45 for each night, which is terrifying. Will never go here again. Further, there was additional $34 charged to me after I checked in for whatever reason. Therefore, like I said, will never go to this hotel again, in future, I will likely prefer Airbnb.

The room overlooking the falls was amazing. Loved waking up to that view. The only that would have made it better would be larger refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in room. All of the staff were fantastic and helpful, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

Decent hotel, nothing fancy but clean and not too bad. They do however charge $45 a day for parking!!! Which was not stated when booking it. Also we reserved a King room and were told they were upgrading us to a 2 king room on a higher floor. The room was a 2 queen room not a 2 king but the view of the falls was fantastic so we didn’t complain. Over a decent stay just wish we would have know about the ridiculous parking fees upfront.

Upon arriving, me and my boyfriend had already seen bad reviews from 2 weeks before our planned trip and were debating on changing our hotel. Unfortunately, it was already passed the day to cancel and get a full refund of our stay, so we decided to give this place a chance. When heading inside, it already looks only okay nothing really stands out that makes you say “wow” besides the fact that they are near the falls and our room has a view of it. After we checked in, the man behind the front desk had asked if we were going to park here as there is a $45 a night fee for our stay (the most expensive parking). We tried to find somewhere else, but we couldn’t everywhere is paid parking. We decided to pay the $45 fee (total of over $200). Then we checked out our room not at all what we expected or what we saw on Expedia. It was weirdly place in the corner and had a weird spot for the couch which I believed opened up as a sofa bed. Our bed looked ok and seemed clean but again nothing made us say “wow”. The bathroom vent on the ceiling was extremely dirty and dusty and some of the lights on lamps and around the room would spark or just didn’t work at all. The curtains on the inside were dirty but the view was great at least. The ONLY restaurant they have to eat is an Applebee's while every other hotel had better places to eat. We ended up eating elsewhere. Once we checked out, my boyfriend was charged a $50 fee from an “outstanding” balance from parking, even though we paid in full.

Property did not provide the king size room we purchased. Then they had said we refused the king size and opted for the 2 doubles. They also refused to comp us the difference in pricing for the room substitution. They did the same thing to my son who was also booked tgere sane day.
