The hotel staff was top notch throughout the resort especially the front desk and those working in the pool/each areas. All the little addon free amenities were nice such as staff walk around with treats throughout the day, provide no cost chair setup and free sun bum sunscreen for use. The room itself was great but a bit dusty in a few areas and the floor could of mopped a bit better, but we mentioned this on checkout and were given a small credit. We would definitely stay here again if we could in the future.

From Pietro, our concierge, who knew the area like the back of his hand and was able to make fantastic recommendations for dining and helping us navigate around the property, to Julian our valet, Edmond our bellman, and the pool attendant (whose name on his tag I regrettably did not catch), we were given white-gloved service EVERYWHERE in the hotel. The room was spacious and impeccably clean and fresh, the pool was enormous, and beach was literally right over the hill, with Loews staff ready to make up fresh lounge chairs and bring whatever drinks and refreshments you could desire. The price tag was definitely a splurge, but if you want to be treated like royalty, you couldn't make a better choice than to stay in this magnificent palace in Sobe, easily the most opulent hotel on the beach!!

Amazing ocean view balcony. Very beautiful hotel. Amazingly beautiful pool. Staff at poolside was very attentive and friendly. Front desk very friendly and makes you feel welcomed.
