"We really enjoyed our stay here! We spent nearly a week here, and found it to be a really good base for traveling to all of the tourist hotspots of London. The room was maybe a bit cramped, but the hotel staff cleaned it each day which made it all the more welcoming at the end of very long days in the city. It is also super close to a superb pub, the Phoenix, that has the best fish and chips I’ve ever tasted. There is a short walk to the Victoria Tube Station that I recommend anyone traveling to...

"Location was good, not a super busy area (Queensway) but walkable to Kensington, Paddington, and Notting Hill. The staff were great and the building itself was nice. My room was on a higher floor so I had a lot of stairs to climb, and it was also slanted so sleeping was kind of hard. It's an older building though so it's to be expected. Overall would recommend to others!"

"Stayed in their deluxe studio for 10 nights. It was relatively quiet during the night although you can hear the creaking floor boards above you. As a lone female traveller, I felt safe walking back to the property at night. The studio facilities were adequate and clean. I like that there is a washing machine in the room - they gave 2 complimentary tablets for washing clothes. I also like that the mini fridge has a small freezer compartment too.
