Arrived just before midnight to a line and being told it could be a 3 hour wait for a room. Refused to provide alternate accommodations. Although it was only a 1.5 hour wait, at the end of a long day is travel that was exasperating.
The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been.

Its an ok located place, they don’t let you to bring any drinks or food inside the pool area, which is so inconvenient if you have pets, kids or any special diet, due the eating options are very limited to bar’s food and it takes forever to get anything bring it to you since they are understaffed.
They nickle and dime you for everything. Parking which is their own lot is $18 a day. These “a la carte” add-ons are getting ridiculous. There’s no refrigerator in the room that you can use. It’s a mini bar that is $50 a day if you even open it. No coffee in your room, you’re forced to buy Starbucks where a simple coffee is still $6. Pool tubes are $30/$35, bring your own and $10 to air it up. $5 for monorail. You end up only getting a bed for the night. How do retired or people on fixed income even afford travel? Getting nuts with the high piece meal pricing. Fast food in food court is $20 for a basic simple meal.
Second time staying at this property and it was very convenient for us to go to the Pearl Jam concert at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Definitely staying here again in the future.
I was with a group that insisted that we stay at this hotel. And I must say I would not stay here again. This place needs updates to compete with their competitors. Also the charge for basic amenities is ridiculous. Not being able to use the fridge in your room or give free bottle water is insane i have stayed at Marriotts and holiday in and got better amenities. I am from Michigan our MGM is worth the money,
MGM vegas I expexted more! Paint peeling, rust, dirty bathroom! I am upset that I subjected my wife to those conditions. However the staff was very pleasant.
Terrible nights sleep due to full out party in a neighboring room, hall noise etc. very crowded pools at 5 when only two pools left open. Beautiful rooms, Impressive facility but if you can’t get any sleep it’s hard to enjoy
Pool over crowded and messy - could use another area for people not there to party but to relax like a spa. Locker system should be included in resort fee.
Giant hotel that is easy to navigate . Our room was remodeled at some point and was better than expected. Some rooms were not that we saw and looked a little rough. Monorail was convenient to get to the sphere.
Our room was clean, the staff was very nice and welcoming, we liked the pool. The food court was very good and had a lot of options. The hotel is close to the airport which is great. It would be great if there was a waiting area where guests can sit while waiting for check in or to wait for checked-in bags.
Great pool area. Bring your own u shaped tubes or regular tubes. Can drink in pool and bring in your own hydroflask empty. They have water refill stations at pool.

This is a HUGE hotel. Have to walk long distances for everything. No coffee in room.
price of the room was great for $80 upgrade a night, service and staff was awesome, great/favorite location,
phone charging c/t slot machines not a good idea (thieves) watch your valuables, plan your meals, food is crazy expensive!
Excellent hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, amazing pools including a warm lazy river, tons to do right on the property, easy check in.
Lazy river floating tubes way overpriced. Bring your own or just float without one.
