Decent hotel in good location. Stay away from superior windowless rooms if you can — dark, weird smell, partly dirty and we were also next to elevator shaft and kept awake until 2am and then again at 4am by loud elevator sounds.

The location is excellent, close to everything. There is a small shopping mall, 7-11 and Emart 24 with hot foods nearby. Staffs are nice, helpful. I just don't like the room, it looks dark & smell. Bathroom has a bad smell.

Like it... all are good. Near the bus terminal, pasar payang n shopping area. It's same building with UTC. Lobby at ground floor. Free carpark at level 6 only. Good Breakfast. Muslim friendly hotel.

I book 3 king bed room but when check in they give 3 twin single room with reason they are fully book no more room already & charge drinking water if guest request extra, no other hotel charge if ask extra drinking water!!!

Too good to be near everything!
The hotel is situated right in the middle of KT. Main attractions are just within walking distance! Oh ya, you get the view of the Drawbridge from this hotel clearly! Food was reasonable at the offered rate charged. If u r still hungry, just go down to the mall or stalls! But one thing for sure, i would suggest the hotel to light up a bit along the corridor. It can be too quite at times and funny feeling with the 'romantic' light.

The hotel room, staffs & restaurant are great. However the arrangement of parking the car after the check-in is weird process. Same applicable to the checkout. We must park our car at the roadside before the check-in & checkout is done.
