"Check in process is quick, was having an issue when we try to access the room but the keycard did not work, anyway, the staff was very quick to response to the situation as the security guard that escorted us to the room help us to tag into the room while we waiting inside the room for they keycard ..."

"Unpleasant staffs at front desk at all time, all never smile never greet, all not helpful, feel like you are begging them for a room! All guests are forced to check in at 3pm which caused the super long queue during check in, even when u arrived earlier and some of the rooms are ready. No house keeping ..."
