New and very nice hotel with a great pool (and view). Very convenient access to big shopping mall and dining (5min walk). Hotel has great sky deck with music on weekends. Breakfast was good, food at sky deck bar was mediocre. Hotel itself is very quiet.

Room is spacious. Tall ceiling and has the feel of home. The skydeck has a fantastic view and the pool looks excellent too.

Overnight stay but very comfortable.
1 night on business trip, so limited opportunity to properly evaluate the hotel. What I saw was very acceptable, high quality throughout and very comfortable. Would definitely stay longer here next time.

Overall nice hotel. Really good size and decent equipment gym. Beautiful pool. Convenient location. The only complaint is the smell in my room. It has got the leftover lingering cigarette smell.

Bed linens are stained and pillows with foul smells, they are way too soft too. And to utilise the gym, hotel guests have to collect a QR code for every entrance, this is the most inefficient and inconvenient way for hotel guests. The gym doesn’t issue towel too, we have to bring from our room.

My kids loves the pool on 15/F. Having a dinner or snack at the pool side bar is fantastic too. It takes only 5 min walk from hotel to 1 Utama so very convenient for shopping and dining.

They offered the options of a triple - fairly rare in SE Asia. As a family of six with three minors, this was a huge deal. The room was large and spacious. The hotel is next door to a large mall and the MRT, which was also a factor in our choice. Staff was attentive and available. Would return to this facility again.

It’s my first time went to Avante Hotel, the staff is kind to help us by letting us know the nearby shopping mall to shop as well as the fun attractions to go with. This hotel is located near 1utama shopping mall which there’s a walkway to go.. I met one of the staff-Firdaus who was very helpful to help to keep our luggage and also help to carry to bring into the car while we onboard the Grab to take flight.
