"This is the great hotel with bigger room than others hotels I got in Japan trip. Nice bathroom with all supplies you need. Easy to walk to Togendai station and bus station. The locals restaurant are closed around 5pm."

"The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Provided what we needed at request. We wish was that in them knowing we had a vehicle, that they were able to direct us to a nearby parking lot with affordable pricing. The signs are confusing at times. We ended up paying ¥3400 the first night for overnight parking and ¥6100 the second night in the nearby lots. Other than that, the room was clean except a little black mold near the AC unit. Deep. cleaning could be better. Happy with our 2 night stay...

"It's a beautiful Showa Era Ryokan that's over 70 years old. There is a 200 yen accommodation tax when checking in (this tax applies for all accommodations in Fukuoka), which I happily paid for as I want to support sustainable tourism). "The proprietor Taro-san was very kind and understanding, as well as his partner. However, the rooms were exceedingly hot, the air conditioning wasn't working properly, the laundry machine (particularly the drier) wasn't working properly, and the overall experience was lacking. The proximity to transit and the nearby convenience store was amazing, and the proprietor was fine, but the facilities left a gap in the experience that couldn't be mended."

"My family and I had a great stay at the Rakuten STAY Naha Tomari Port. The facilities were all very clean as well as the room. My family and I stayed in the six-person room with two double beds and two single bunks on top. The monitor was great for watching shows together before bed after a long day of exploring. I do wish there was a kitchen or a small area with a microwave to heat up food. Overall, this was a great, affordable stay."
