"The hotel is located close to the Kuching Hilton, and is a short walk uphill from the Waterfront. The property presents itself as an up-market establishment and makes a great impression upon arrival. However once inside, one is slightly underwhelmed. Parking is shared with the shopping center downstairs and is not complementary. The air conditioning in the room did not cool fully despite adjusting the controls. The TV stations offered did not match what was printed in the list in the room....

"Check in was smooth. Was impress by the hotel lobby. Went to the assigned room and was very impress with it. The room design was similar to Pullman Kuching.
