The room was very big for Japanese standards, with plenty of options inside the hotel for dining - but be advised, you will need to make a booking ahead of time. Only problem area is check in- we left bags, ca me back at 3, room not ready, told to wait , they forgot us do in end went up to reception again and they had the key ready but not told us. Always lots of people sitting waiting to check in and it seems two people on each terminal…and they struggle to sort stuff on the system… our breakfast booking had to be queried…. Why is this ( and other members of the group) the only one where we seem to always wait ages at...

"Awesome location for visiting the historical sites such as the Peace Museum, park grounds and A-Bomb Dome. We were a little disappointed that for a triple room, it was very compact and the cleaning could have been improved on. Because the beds were squished in so much, it would have been challenging to vacuum effectively and it showed. The layout of the room was odd as well, with the sink for the bathroom located in the room itself, making it difficult to get to when there was no other space...

"This property is more for people with older children or adults. I had three kids under 8 and the loft area wasn't the safest idea for sleeping or playing. There was also basically no storage for bags. The kitchen area wasn't really realistic to cook in, but it was a uniquely designed space in which if my family was older I think would have worked out great."

"Great hotel. Lovely staff,polite,hard working. Convenient to everything including the castle and great food. Wish parking was simple like Osaka with turntable and self parking but this is just a wish. Parking was cheaper outside then at hotel was expecting parking to be included in price otherwise would have parked at lot right behind goe cheaper. Maybe I missed that when reserving hotel that there was a charge. "
