They provided a welcome drink on arrival and when we got to our comfortable room they provided eggs tarts and bottles of mineral water. Breakfast was a buffet and there were a variety of choice's. A big thumbs up to Trương Vo Mingh Huy who was very helpful by offering us advice. He exceeded our expectations and made our stay enjoyable! "

"Good location with many eateries around. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent view from the balcony of our hotel room overlooking the Han River. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the hotel prepared a nice cake for us in our room. We were grateful for their arrangements. Breakfast was nice too with a good mix of international and Vietnamese food. However, we felt sad to see a lot of food wastage by guest and hope that the staff could do more to curb the wastage. "
