"Great location right by Petaling Street. Our room was on the corner of the top floor with a view of the city and skyscrapers. The room is spacious enough for two. Our only complaint was that the bathroom seems run down, for example the towel rack was broken. The bathroom is small and the toilet doesn’t flush well. Other than that the room was well maintained and clean. Housekeeping was helpful and check in was easy. We had an early check in at 12pm for an additional 50rm."

"Great location, check in was great. Even let us check in early. The room was clean, had to have them change the linen after they changed it due to stains. Cleaning could be a lot better, they dudnt clean any cups that we used. "

"Tile floor was very dangerous as there is a step up to the bathroom and of course when wet it was very slippery. Upper floor acted like amplifier. No insulation for sound. Not good at all. Like having elephants above. A/C leaked water on to my computer - luckily caught it in time. Roof leaked onto my bed when shower was left on. Common refrigerator had broken seal so did not work properly. Room was greatly misrepresented in photos."

"Good access to petaling street and many eateries. Not so near rail. Good, honest staff. But toilet water is yellowish, not sure about tap water. Stayed for one night, however following morning, no water supply. Was freshening up halfway, and need to skip balance ( bath etc., brush teeth etc) , as need to rush for appointment, couldn’t wait for ten maintenance to check . . . Bedsheet seemed not so clean . "

"Excellent service from the very helpful Lucas. Nothing was too much trouble. Room very tired and cleaning had to be done by us before getting settled. Toilet, bathroom walls, table etc. Wallpaper peeling, no protector on a stained, old mattress, duvet smelled strongly of nicotine, window in a rotten frame with big gaps. That said; fantastic location in Chinatown and the light railway station is next door. Central Market, bus station and some of the best eats in KL are right on the...
