Service from spa lady And receptionist wasn’t the best. I believe the site said it was a 4 star it looked more like a 2 or 3.not many foods to choose from and food wasn’t so good beach was also dirty had a great time but I do not recommend

Overall good, but transportation to and from the airport should be added to the package even if that increased the cost. There are hustlers at the airport who « help you get a taxi but we ended paying 21/2 times the real cost. More information regarding should be included in the Expedia package

This location was beautiful, and I enjoyed my time there. However, I thought One of the reception. Staff was a bit standoffish, The bathroom mirror was a bit outdated and damaged, the food could have been better.

Was good. With 2 little kids we enjoyed. If they have to improve anything, need working telephone service , more water bottles , and different menus in buffet each day.

The room was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The entertainment was super fun. I would definitely recommend this resort to my friends who want to travel to Cancun. Our experience was great thanks to GR solaris

I recently stayed at this "resort", and it was an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. The lobby, while supposedly air-conditioned, was never cold, making it an uncomfortable start. The hallways were just as bad, stifling and stuffy. When I finally got to my room, I was shocked at how hot it was. No matter how much I adjusted the thermostat, it never cooled down. It was like trying to sleep in a sauna. The food was another disaster. Every meal was a disappointment—bland, poorly cooked, and utterly unappetizing. For a hotel that claims to offer a VIP experience, the dining was abysmal and far below even basic expectations. Overall, nothing about this hotel justifies the hype. It was marketed as a luxury resort, but it failed on every level. This isn’t the first time Expedia has done this—hyping up a subpar hotel to get more bookings. I feel completely misled and extremely frustrated. I expected a nice getaway, but instead, I got an awful stay that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Save your money and stay far away from this place!

The view from the room was spectacular! Some of the staff were very helpful. The reception staff, not so much. At check-in, was not told there was an app for the property. Didn’t find out until the next day. Once I found it, I couldn’t log in because of the way they entered my name in the system. Took it to another staff member who logged me in, but didn’t tell me what he did. I didn’t close the app, but it logged me out and again, couldn’t get into it. Finally took it to someone who showed me how the hotel had my name in their system, and how to log in. Restaurant staff, bellhops, customer service staff and activities staff were excellent. I don’t see myself returning to this property in the future.

I loved everything about this resort, staff was amazing! I also loved how everything was walking distance, and me and my kids where able to get anywhere in the resort within minutes.

The place feels dated and apart from the buffet(last food service which ends at 10pm), snack bar(which closes at 5pm!) and deli(which closes at 7pm) there are no food options apart from room service which is 24hrs(the only saving grace but there is a flat $5 USD charge). There are also restaurants but they require a reservation. The staff is friendly for the most part but it really depends on who you interact with. I mean it touts itself as a 5star but it really should only be a 3 star.

The property itself is not as huge but it was perfect for us and the kids. They offered fun activities and even my 8 and 16 year old enjoyed it. The food was great!! I love the mexican culture so to me it was amazing

This is my second time staying at the resort and the front desk really dropped the ball. I communicated with them several times regarding dinner reservation since my arrival date was on my birthday and know the reservations book quick. Well ofcourse when i got there they couldnt accommodate me so i spent my 40th birthday at a buffet. I also emailed them heard of time asking if me and my guests could have adjoining rooms or atleast be close to each other. Well one room was on the 6th initially the other on the second floor. After a few request we did get rooms close to each other but it was almost like i was emailing a robot. 40th birthday is milestone and this resort let me down. Besides the front desk issues the bartender, housekeeper, waiters and anyone that we ran into were just so polite and friendly. However if your planning a special ocassion stay elsewhere

The restaurant options could be a little better in comparison to another resort I stayed at awhile back, but other than that, the access to the other hotels, the buffet, the staff, and so much more were excellent all around!

Food options were repetitive at the breakfast buffet and dining room as well as the snack bar and cafe. Housekeeping showed up towards the end of the day which was extremely inconvenient to have them attempt to clean when you are trying to get ready for dinner. The doors to enter and exit a majority of the areas were extremely heavy, they should upgrade to automatic doors for safety. Family friendly but not much to do, would not stay here again or recommend to others.

The property was clean, beds were comfortable and friendly staff. I enjoyed the nightly entertainment & music. Buffet style, food was not hot enough, great omelettes and Pizza bar. Overall it was good for the price. Members got special treatment than non members- beware!

It was windy and the umbrellas on the beach were not installed. Administration stated that it was done for our safety, for umbrellas can fall over. At the same time all other hotels to the right and to the left had the umbrellas on the beach. Many of us were cramped by the pool, like sardines, very uncomfortable and hot.

Customer service was terrible. Our AC did not work entire vacation! When they tried to fix it it still did not work or was extremely cold without able to adjust it. Front desk staff lied that there is no manager on site to help and they are only ones in charge. They pretended to dont hear when we called from the room. When I came downstairs there was a manager on site... The person who said will coke back after looking in the room for AC never came back even we were waiting. It was terrible!!! Never gonna stay in this hotel again. We plan to come to Cancun in November again with my frienda but definitely not into this hotel. Food was also low quality - had to problem to choose anything. Very dissapointing. We travel to Mexico every year and this was our first stay in this hotel.
