Everything was good the only thing that the customer services in the front desk and the some of the security guards to rude I won’t never stay there anymore hotel view is very beautiful but personal didn’t let me feel home feeling very sad

My stay at Emperio Resort was a mix of highs and lows. Let's start with the positives - the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food, while not gourmet level, was decent with some tasty options. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from our room; it was simply amazing. However, there were several aspects of the resort that left much to be desired. One major issue was the lack of privacy at the swim-up pool. Contrary to expectations, the swim-up pool was not private and was shared with guests from all around the resort, including those staying in the oceanfront rooms. This often led to crowded and noisy conditions, with little opportunity for relaxation or seclusion. To make matters worse, some guests left their drinks unattended, and on occasion, children were present despite it being against the rules. Furthermore, cleanliness was a concern throughout the resort. There were noticeable fingerprint marks in common areas, and it seemed like some key spots were missed during cleaning. The furniture in certain areas appeared soiled and neglected, lacking the attention to detail that one would expect in a premium resort. In conclusion, while the overall experience at Emperio Resort was decent, with a remarkable view and friendly staff, there were significant shortcomings that detracted from the overall enjoyment of our stay. With improvements in privacy at the swim-up pool, enhanced cleanliness standards. I'd give it a B- overall.

We noticed they cleaned the beach area every morning to clear debris. We got the most beautiful pictures becauseof this. The surrounding hotels did not seem to clean as often.
