"Beautiful property with tastefully designed buildings. It was easy to communicate with them, no matter the time, and instructions on where to go and what to do when I arrived (I was a very late arrival) were clear and easy to follow. Details on how to get to surrounding attractions were also very useful."

"The Hyatt Centric is clearly very new and in incredibly good state, the rooms are large and clean, the area it is in is new and quiet. It is slightly out of the way from central Cambridge but the bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and the new rooftop bar is a good addition."

"Stay was good staff all very pleasant room was good. Only complaint was that there was only 1 drinks machine at breakfast and always a queue so food got cold while waiting to get a cup of tea or tea got cold when fetching my breakfast and the usual toaster that doesn’t toast properly but the breakfast was good "

"The hotel was excellent, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was nice and big. They have an essence spray as you walk into reception that weirdly just makes the whole place feel inviting. We stayed for two nights to go to a local club and we did a Spa day at the hotel's Y Spa on the Saturday which was brilliant."

"Located just off the motorway and halfway on our journey, plenty of parking, looks very much like it used to be a premier inn, so needless to say comfortable bed, nice clean room, if we had to really nit pick and find fault, there was no extractor fan in the bathroom, or at least not working if the was one, 1st world problems! Despite being very close to the motorway and being able to hear traffic outside, once in the room, you couldn't hear a thing, this may be different in the heat of summer...

"We have stayed here a few times now as it is convenient for family visits. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are comfortable and warm (last days of December!).
