"Receptionists cannot fix the problems as Wi-Fi Internet was not connected for the entire period of stay (21 nights). Overall Housekeeping staffs were very friendly but not the Receptionist, no greeting and smile even we smile with them. "

"Relax holiday trip to Hong-Kong after 5-6 years . Although i missed the email from the hotel to complete online check in before arriva, the physical process at the counter was rather fast. Staffs were all friendly and helpful, patiently answered all queries. The decor looks a bit dated but all well kept in good conditions. Hotel is conveniently located next to the MOKO mall with many choice of cafe & restaurants available, useful in adverse weather."

"Located at a very convenient location with easy access to malls, shopping streets and MTR station. Dash Living is a service hotel, rooms are adequately sized with a lot of storage (closets, cabinets). Do note that they only provide fresh change of towels and clearing of rubbish in the rubbish bin daily, with housekeeping only performed once every 7 days. The bed was comfortable and the check-in experience was OK, however the thermostat was not functional and the room temperature was set at a...

"It was very convenient and safe area .. I will say it’s a 3 star ⭐️ hotel no more than that .. very good restaurant for breakfast and diner on the same building… I will recommend it for a short trip to Hong Kong 🇭🇰 "
