"Well paying $150 deposit and over $300 a night and a kid pukes in the pool, dang. The jacuzzi was so murky and not the normal color as kids and other people don’t know to “rinse off” before going in. Wish there was an adult pool, cause it totally ruined our experience. Staff was friendly when the elevator was having issues due to be overly used by guest, they let us use service elevator which was nice. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. We liked the on-site restaurant as well as the food at the bar courtyard. Our kids loved fooseball, and we were delighted to see an outdoor movie at the pool on our last evening. Super convenient for our trip to Universal Studios. The trolley to the park was handy.
