"We arrived on a late rainy night at Stresa train station and were unable to get a taxi. I called the hotel who sent Leonardo to pick us up. The station is a 5 minute easy walk to the hotel and any other day we would have done it. We had a lovely room overlooking the lake and the staff were always helpful. Will return! "

Café da manhã muito bom, mas teve dias que faltava algo e não erai reposto, simplesmente acabou… Mais uma observação, sempre que saíamos do nosso quarto pedíamos arrumação, mas teve um dia que retornamos às 21H:00 e o nosso quarto estava exatamente como deixamos, reclamamos, mas o máximo que conseguimos foi uma troca de toalhas!!!
