"Excellent service. I had a superior 1 bedroom for family. Very clean. Sofa bed was already laid out when we arrived. Complimentary spring water in fridge. Enough towels for 4 people which is great. Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great. Only two very small things I would add is no herbal tea bags provided, you might want to bring your own. There is decaf coffee. Also the bathroom is en-suite in the bedroom...

"Nice quiet stay. Room well appointed but in permashadow. Basically looking out at a brick wall from the three windows. TV did not work properly with its new remote, there were no controls on the TV so it's just a monitor. Good room let down by average bed and cheap pillows. My shower only had a handle sprayer which was like trying to shower with a toothbrush. Love the integrated appliances. "

"The studio was amazing, in a perfect location and the hosts were amazing. Everything was clearly communicated during our stay and there was many extras included (Polaroid camera to take round, free tote bag, postcards/stickers…. The list goes on!). "Stayed in their deluxe studio for 10 nights. It was relatively quiet during the night although you can hear the creaking floor boards above you. "If you’re sensitive to noise, take earplugs for sure. There is noticeable noise from underground metro and plus from the street. In our room we could not close windows properly, the noise was always. In the same time, the room feels stuffy because of closed windows. This is the only con.
