It's a comfortable stay. The room is spacious. Location is close to Amanjaya Mall. Next door is Thai Restaurant.

Thank you for your stay. However, the parking area is belong to city council. So there will be some cost required for car parking surrounding our hotel area.

CONFUSING
Everything was fine until the morning when I had to check out and leave for my flight in Penang airport. The tire of my rental car was knifed and I had to spend 20 minutes replacing it. The road fronting the hotel is so confusing that cars go in both directions.

A really good budget hotel.
Air-conditioner is a bit old and as such, at current temperatures experienced there, comfort is compromised. The rest about the establishment was averagely satisfactory.

Good hotel for a break between KL and Thailand
Comfortable clean rooms reasonably priced. Very good shower. Good value if you need somewhere to stay when travelling between KL and Thailand. Parking is free if you leave before 9.00am, otherwise you need to buy a parking coupon. Included breakfast very basic.

Generally OK except for a few issues
Everything about the hotel was generally quite good - friendly staff and clean environment. But if prefer to use the lift, you may face some inconvenience as it was out of order during my stay. As for the room, the bed is a little too firm for my liking and the A/C compressor was quite noisy throughout the night. Something worth noting is the on-street parking - you will need to purchase and display parking coupons during office hours from Sundays to Thursdays.

Overprice for a budget hotel
Not a good budget hotel. Overprice..rm 120 plus for 1 nite kig bedsize despite early bookin..simple basic things like toiletries..extra towel..selippars inthe room ALL are NOT AVAILABLE...these simple but basic things is compulsary for a hotel...pls to owner,with the price of the room,u cant afford not to hv all the basic necessaties.its not clean properly also..i stayed 2 nitw..on the first nite blackout no eletricity for 2 hours..i was not reimbursed with late check out..inconsiderate..toilet got urine stain the first day i came...u lucky i m too tired when i arrive to make a complaint/fuss...parking HV TO PAY BUT NOT STATED IN THE BOOKING WEBSITE!as compared to their rival hotel (k garden hotel which situated next to it,better stay in k garden-MUCH cheaper n fully equipped)

Lower than expectation.
Overall was good. Room was clean, Wifi good signal. Setback.... 1. Room no window. There is no "description" of choices room with or without window. For those who are kind of claustrophobic, that is kind of scary. You just have to take whatever room they give especially when their occupancy is almost full. 2. Center located rooms (no windows) have very weak mobile phone signal, which are kind of bad for buisness travellers like me. Most of the time the signal is lost totally. 3. The hot water for shower is actually warm, in fact not even that warm.

Regarding the room no window, you may place a special remark when make the booking thru travel agent. By right, we will able to arrange it for you prior arrival although occupancy is full. We do pay attention to our guest's needs every time to make sure their satisfaction. Besides, the mobile phone signal is not under our control which is mainly depends on the network coverage of the carrier operator. However, we are in the process of upgrading the hot water supply system. We will continually work hard to upgrade our hotel facilities and services. 部屋の不備があったのが残念！
ハリラヤ祝日の1日目、2日目に滞在しました。 忙しい時期だったからか、部屋の床の掃除がされていなくて、髪の毛などが落ちていたのはやはり気持ちが悪かったです。次の日に、床を掃除してほしいことをメッセージを残しておくと、きれいにしてくれていました。それ以外は補充するものはしてくれ、きれいに掃除をしてくれていました。 夜、疲れて帰ってきて、シャワー栓を開くと、待てども待てども水のみ。レインシャワーだったので、上から水だけが落ちてくるのは余計に冷たく、寒く感じました。またドライヤーで髪を乾かそうと思ったら、ドライヤーも壊れていました。フロントに連絡して見に来てもらいましたが、夜も遅く、明日にならないとエンジニアのチェックはできないと。温水のことも聞きましたが、その時にはシステムが壊れているのかどうかは確認できていなかったのか、直らない場合は部屋を変えてもらうことに。結局、温水がでなかったのは温水システムが壊れていたためにホテル全体が水シャワーとのこと。ドライヤーは親戚に借りることにして、部屋は変えてもらいませんでした。 フロントスタッフはフレンドリーで迅速な応対でした。 朝食はあまりチョイスがありませんでしたが、カフェテリアのスタッフも親切でした。 ホテル横のタイレストランは、タイ人シェフがいて、とてもおいしかったです！！
