"The place is comfy and clean. However the internet was unstable during our stay while mobile signal is weak in the room. This is a place where I would definitely come back."

"Unpleasant staffs at front desk at all time, all never smile never greet, all not helpful, feel like you are begging them for a room! All guests are forced to check in at 3pm which caused the super long queue during check in, even when u arrived earlier and some of the rooms are ready. No house keeping is provided unless 4 nights or longer. No exchange of towels if u stay more than a night, and extra charge for towels if u request to replace. Tennis court is chargeable and not well maintained. Room size is good and beds are comfy. "

"Service given by the staffs. We felt welcomed and respected all the way from the bag drop off at the lobby, parking, front desk all the way up to the pool and roomkeepers. All are very professional and they really enjoy what they do wholeheartedly."

"Despite I had told the receptionist that I booked club room and ask for the location of premier check-in, but the guy still directed me to queue and wait for normal check-in counter, rather than lead me to club lounge for check-in. My booking entitled room upgrade, but the check-in staff not even mentioned that and ignore it. Furthermore, the room is very dated, and have no even a basic coffee machine for club room. Service is not on par with its claimed status. Buffet restaurant was very busy, and understaff, we and other fellow guests need to wait 9-10 minutes to get a seat allocated for buffet breakfast. Food focus on Malaysian cuisines, quality ok but not wide spread."

"This is my 4th time staying in Traders. The room is nice and always manage to get KLCC view from the room. The food during breakfast and in room dining were great too. The only issue was during check in at level 1. That moment it was quite long queue, but manageable. Thanks for the great services. "

"Overall, its a very nice hotel with pleasant staff. It suited my purpose as i was attending a Conference held at the hotel. Recommended for those who want a resort feel whilst in KL. Worth the price i paid at Hotel.com"
