"The apartment (room 14) was compact with a bedroom, kitchen/diner and shower room. It was situated with pleasant views of Parker's Piece and equipped with everything we needed for a short stay, although my eldest found the futon a little hard. There was a problem with the hot water during our stay but this was promptly resolved when we brought it to their attention.
