"The staff was wonderful and location was great. The bed and couch were not very comfy and the breakfast was timed and very simple. We didn't initially realize that everything was unplugged and we had to turn on the water heater for a warm shower but once identified those were easy enough to manage. "I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect just one minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. The room is big. It’s nice to have small kitchen area, big closet and balcony.
