We stayed 3d2n with 11family members. The facilities and hotel crew really awesome and friendly. The only thing i want to comment is we are unable to get special deal for 1night extension. They charged me with walk in rate which is highly high. However all family members happy and enjoy with this hotel. We plan to come back and stay here again.

Creo que es la mejor opción en Perenthian Kecil, en la zona más animada, y con acceso directo desde el embarcadero. La habitación, no obstante, tenía un problema con el olor de las tuberías

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Desværre med skønhedsfejl
Flot arkitektonisk bygning. Fantastisk udsigt. Rigtig dejlig morgenmad. Dejlig stort værelse. Ikke eksisterende wifi og efter flere henvendelser dagligt opgav vi til sidst. Strømmen virkede ikke i køleskab og hel sikringsgruppe da vi flyttede ind. Der manglede også håndklæder og tandkrus. Saltvandspoolen der har en super beliggenhed med udsigt over stranden, fungerer som legerum for børnene under morgenmaden. Børnene indtager derfor maden i poolen hvilket kan ses på vandkvaliteten resten af dagen, selv om aften kan bunden ikke ses. Hvis værelsesdøren ikke lukkes hyler den. Flere gange var der døre der hylede i halve og hele timer uden reaktion fra receptionen der ligger lige ovenfor i hall'en. Udenfor ved de hyggelige solvogne lå der meget gammelt affald mellem stenene som man lå og kiggede på. Rammerne og potentialet for Mempi er enorme, det bliver desværre ikke udnyttet. Vær iøvrigt opmærksom på at medbringe kontanter. Der er ingen ATM og hotellet kan ikke være behjælpelig.

We paid quite a bit for this hotel. They have a very nonchalant attitude. Room was dusty, drawers had a layer of dirt in them. Refrigerators were not working. Shower was loose in the bathroom. They didn’t have enough towels for use. The staff are not efficient at cleaning the rooms. They actually lied to us saying they were cleaning our room and made us wait downstairs and when we went upstairs the room was not even touched. The breakfast was average. The dining stuff are very slow to take and deliver on orders. Long Beach is overcrowded.

Sewer smell in the lobby and outside sitting area. Hotel food was not great. The location was beautiful, and incredible snorkelling right on the beach in front of the hotel.

Snorkeling trip…wished we were elsewhere
We’re grandmas who stayed for 2 nights only. We’re not trying to find the perfect resort nor looking for imperfection in one. But this was the 2nd most expensive resort on Long beach, hence it should be cautious with quality. Most guests’ reviews were good on staff friendliness, true. Criticism on breakfast, true. They seemed to be serving breakfast befitting for more affordable hotels. Room was clean but our bottled water, coffee/ tea replenishment was missed. Location- 2 mins walk from a chaotic jetty. Restaurants nearby are not that affordable to local tourists but quality acceptable. Activities- run by 3rd parties e.g. kayaking are too expensive for local tourists. Snorkeling was sheer disappointing. Quality of coral reefs: not as great as expected.

Bedsheet was smelly. Requested to change but still the same, they even leave the smelly bedsheet on the floor. Didn’t change after room service as well. This is noticeable when doing room service, I wonder how they can just leave it like that. Well trained

Bedsheet was smelly. Requested to change but still the same, the even leave the smelly bedsheet on the floor. Didn’t change after room service as well. Well done. Will not pay this amount again with this service.

Amazing stay, gorgeous hotel, beautiful island!
We had an amazing stay! I love their saltwater pool, the view was spectacular, nearby the Long Beach jetty which was convenient for us. One can snorkel just around the corner to the hotel and there are abundance of beautiful marine life. We booked the 2x Ocean Deluxe rooms and the view is gorgeous; comfy beds, clean room, water pressure is good and free snacks from the minibar. Mimpi is one of the few hotels in Perhentian Kecil which has 24-hour electricity hence the price tag. But it's worth it! However, there was a hiccup during our checkout, the reception guy insisted that we have not paid for our rooms; although we said we paid upfront. I had to dig out my bag to show him the receipt as proof we paid using a debit card upon checking in. I was taken aback by the way he insisted that we are in the wrong, in a cold, unfriendly & accusing manner, I did not expect such a treatment especially from a 4-star hotel staff. Mr Arif during our checking in was friendly & nice; only that particular guy during checkout was rather unpleasant. Other than that, we had a good stay at Mimpi Perhentian :)

The rooms are really nice but the breakfast was very disappointing. The smell of wee in the bathroom was very off-putting and the sewage leek outside was nit pleasant.

Nice hotel, poor food!
The Mimpi hotel is located on one side of 'Long Beach'. It has spectacular view of the bay, though it lacks a proper beach front since it is perched on the rocks. If you want to sit at the beach you have to use your own towel and/or borrow a chair from the adjoining hotel (Bubu). Rooms are clean, and staff is friendly and accomodating. Food is the low point of the hotel. From the breakfast (cold and very disappointing) to the lunch menu and food quality. We ate one time at the hotel and there-on took all our other meals at other venues.

Hotel in nice place, and if you get good room you have beautiful view on the bay. Thay have amazing staff in Diving Centre (Benny, Sara) However very low quality of breakfast, stuff at reception was not too supportive, lift did not work for 3 days, no hand soap in bath (unacceptable during Covid-19 time)

El hotel está muy bien, es el hotel más nuevo de la isla, y está al lado del embarcadero, por lo que no tienes que pasear las maletas por la arena. La única pega que le pongo es que desapareció una chaqueta de la habitación. Era una chaqueta blanca de punto, y quiero pensar que se la llevarían sin darse cuenta en el cambio de toallas. Pregunté en recepción pero no la encontraron.

Byliśmy z mężem 4dni końcem września. Pogoda się udała,wiec korzystaliśmy z udogodnień hotelu i atrakcji wyspy. W pokoju niestety panowała spora wilgoć (pokój z widokiem na wzgórze) i było to czuć na wilgotnych ubraniach i pościeli oraz zasłony wyglądały jakby ze spodu z lekkim nalotem grzyba od utrzymującej się wilgoci. Śniadania ok,ale bez większego wyboru jak się okazało w przeciągu 4dni. Aczkolwiek wygoda śniadania w hotelu niezastapiona. Jedzenie al’karte bardzo smaczne i soki/smoothie pyszne! W pobliżu hotelu przystań, na plazy taxówki wodne i wycieczki na snorkowanie i nurkowanie. Czysta plaża, bez koralowców na dnie, więc swobodnie można wejść i się wykąpać, a przy przystani jest sporo rybek i troche koralowców do obejrzenia z maską. Cena dość wysoka, ale większość dobrych hoteli na wyspie była w podobnym zakresie cenowym. Polecamy - w porównaniu z innymi obiektami i plażami w okolicy to najlepsza propozycja na wyspie!
