"This is a total disaster. No reception for check in. Hotels.com confirmed the booking but Eversunshine Residence wasn't aware of the booking at all. Obviously there was a huge communications gap. After hours waiting in late night, Eversunshine Residence confirmed no partnership/relation with Hotels.com and kicked me out at 10:30pm. All payment was made to Hotels.com ahead of time but till now no one reached back to me to handle this."
