Staying on the sea
the resort environment is quite a good place for relax, but few things that might can be improve to allow better experiences for guest, for example, the shuttle buggy can be improve since the waiting time during the peak hours is quite long especially when call a shuttle buggy for check out.

Deposit semasa check in.
Penginapan yg menakjubkan dgn suasana tenang dan damai serta pemandangan laut yg menakjubkan. Walaubagaimanapun, saya berharap pihak pengurusan hotel perlu menambakbaik dari segi pendaftaran masuk, seperti jumlah depisit yg perlu dibayar semasa check in hotel. Kerana saya tidak suka membawa sejumlah wang yg banyak, sebab skg zaman it dan teknologi. Kebanyakan tempat menggunakan kedit atau kredit kad. Jumlah deposit saya pada masa tersebut ialah sebanyak RM 800, bukan saya tak mapu bayar, cuma seperti saya nyatakan td, saya tidak suka membawa cash in hand pd jumlah yg banyak melebihi 500. Pihak hotel holeh memaklumkan kepada customer melalui email atau telefon, whatsapp dan sebagainya utk membawa deposit secukupnya. Anyway, sepanjang penginapan saya do hotel, pengurusan hotel dan pekerja pada pemerhatian saya adalah pada tahap terbaik.

It's a very nice hotel. But there are several disadvantage who are stay in the room are facing the main building, parking building and the shuttle buggy service route. There are no privacy for them when relax at the room pool. Some others can look thru their room, what i'm suggest here might be can give some promotion or discount to the room or make a border wall at the shuttle buggy service route.

We enjoyed the fire show. Staffs are friendly and there a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. Steam room didn't work but other than that the room was great and the view was spectacular!

The whole premise is astounding. Room is spacious & clean, but a bit wear and tear at the private pool area. Breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety to choose from. All the staffs were very friendly & helpful, namely Jarriel, who served us with great hospitality.

The surrounding area has nothing to do. Mc Donald’s is 15 mins by drive and ur us very difficult to get transportation. It is better to stay in the resort and enjoy Over all excellent resort with excellent service. Best for maximum 2-3 days

Tidak sukakan: Keadaan hartanah & kemudahan
Only disappointment was the Shower heater. After the 1st person shower, water not hot anymore. Have to wait maybe another 20-30mins for the water to be acceptable for shower, other than that everything was excellent, staff very polite. Would definitely stay again

Great private pool hotel
Great resort with amazing private pool and spacious rooms. The interior is dated and scratched so that could do with an update soon. Very friendly and helpful staff.
