"I do not know if the ladies at coffee shop on the lower ground floor are employees of Fairmont or independently run cofee shop. I thought they could do better with giving a bit of smile. The only room for improvement I would like to share from the recent stay at Jasper Park Lodge. Other than that it was 11 out of 10. "

"Stayed a short two nights. The room was spacious, comfortable and although on lvl 2 of the resort the view was still stunning. Had breakfast once but was expensive and average so we chose to eat elsewhere the rest of the time. All in all while the product sold was excellent, in terms of value for money i would not recommend nor would i stay here again. "From the moment you walk in until you walk out to leave you are treated like family. Excellent location with convenience to everything. Breakfast buffet is to die for in every way. Would highly recommend this resort to any and everyone."

"The Hidden Ridge Resort is a hidden gem :) Gorgeous location and very private (yet fully accessible to downtown Banff). All of the staff are super courteous, efficient and helpful-but especially at the front desk. The pool and hot tub are wonderfully situated and are blessed with splendid views. There are even super clean and convenient bbq facilities. We saw lots of wildlife (birds galore, deer, elk, squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits etc.) on this visit and when you can book a fully equipped...
