"I liked the resort but I didn’t like the outside before entering the rooms. It could definitely use a cleaning but the staff was great. "

"It was very lovely and clean. Pleasantly surprised since the hotel is so big.The pool guys were very attentive. The one thing that bothered me was the person monitoring the slide. I saw them changing shifts and the first 3 guys working the pool were doing a wonderful job. The allowed the people to clear the slide landing. The last one, which is a woman was on her phone and she wasnt letting the kids clear the slide landing before letting someone else go. That is a safety issue. "

"It was an amazing place, I love how beautiful the interior was decorated, it’s a nice family oriented place to stay. Pool area was beautiful and clean. Only flaw was that the tiki bar was close most of my days there and when it finally opens it was for only a few hours (more like 3 hrs only ) "
