"Kids absolutely loved the Warwick. The pool was clean and big. The Spa was fantastic as we had a few rainy cooler days while we were there. Although some other adults came over from the adults only area to the spa and we heard them complaining about all the kids when they were the ones that came over to the kids side of the resort. "My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Maui Palms resort. From the check in to check out everyone was very friendly, accommodating and personable. All the amenities are spectacular from the gorgeous pools to the beautiful villa surroundings which we were upgraded into for our anniversary. "We spent the weekend here and it was nice and quiet. Shelly, the general manager was really nice. Even though the hotel is under staffed, she remained with a positive attitude and friendly service. "The property is old and under renovation, it’s not so comfortable with family of 4. I wouldn’t stay here again. I was gonna change my accommodation unfortunately it was already paid and there was no refund available, hotel.com should have option for relocation and refund if the accommodation is what we aspect.
