"Nice hotel"

"I’ve stayed at voco for the third time and I would go there again! The hotel is in an excellent location. My room was cosy, spacious, quiet, modern and clean. The only downside is the fact that the lighting in the room isn’t very bright and that the hairdryer is not very strong so it takes a long time to dry your hair. nevertheless I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!"

"We stayed here for a treat for our 25th Anniversary, and mentioned this when we checked in. When we came back from our evening meal, Jhudith from the Front Office Team had arranged a lovely surprise in our room - balloons, some fizz, some chocolate and a lovely message. Such a nice, personal touch was really appreciated. The hotel interior is incredible and this architecture is followed through into the rooms which are converted offices of the insurance company, with the original, decorative glazed tiles and period fixtures and fittings. Comfortable bed, an enamel roll-top bath in the bathroom, lots of thoughtful touches throughout made the experience really wonderful. Only a couple of very minor niggles: no bathrobes provided though they were supposed to be; nowhere in the wash/basin room to hang a towel, even a simple hook would do, no mirror in the bedroom/dressing table area. But these are very minor things and did not spoil a lovely stay. Staff were very attentive, breakfast was also very good."
