"とても綺麗で設備も問題なく快適に過ごせました。シャワーは弱いけど湯量は問題なく、湯船に浸かれたのは良かった。チーズフォンデュセットがあったのは嬉しかった。しかし燃料はあるのにマッチもライターもないのでコンロを使わなければいけなかった。マッターホルン見えるし、総合的にはとても良かったです。"

"We had a good time at this property. I think it was a little confusing that we were actually located in a condo separate from any main hotel building (studio Venus) and there wasn’t too much around us. But it was very walkable and there was enough support from the hotel staff to get what we needed if the room didn’t have it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay. "

"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. Was told that with Easter locksmith not available. Hopefully will be fixed for the next guest. Relatively quiet at night which is better for getting a good night sleep and still just a short...

She made some amazing recommendations for everything from restaurants to a good experienced guide for paragliding in the valley! "Beautiful appartement with amazing view on the Matterhorn. We were a family of 8 staying in the 4 bedrooms penthouse. We loved our stay there and the wellness spa area was a lovely way to recover after a day of hiking. The only comment we have is about the kitchen supplies. If you want to cook a meal for 8 persons, there is very limited kitchen supplies. No scissors, no cutting board, no cheese grater, only 2 small cooking pans. We made a cheese fondue and there were only 6 cheese fondue forks....

"4 dagars skidresa. Hotellet är småtrevligt, bra frukost eftermiddags fika med kakor är väl ok. Rummen är små och badrummet pytte litet. Svårt att låsa dörren det fungerade dåligt 419! Va 7-10 min promenad till kabinbanan, du kan lämna skidorna o pjäxor precis intil. Tänk på att boka bord till middagarna. Sen incheckning och tidig utcheckning var ett minus "

"Phillip(manager) wasnt open to compromise. made reservation for the apt&tried to cancel. Philip has 30 day cancel policy& I canceled 29 days&18 hours.asked if we could cancel&be charged 1or2 night penalty. He wouldn’t discuss it&said it’s the rule.we ended up going. we are happy as we had a wonderful time in Zermatt. After we had unpacked we find out the oven is broken. "What a great hotel in Zermatt! The hotel is located very close to the gondola's to see the Matterhorn Mountain. It is located on the other side of town, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. You could easily walk to the train station, 15 minutes. The staff were very nice and the room was clean and large. We had a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. Would recommend staying here is visiting Zermatt at any time of the year!"

Marvellous stay!
"Have no regret to booked myself a solo trip for 2 nights in this marvellous hotel. Great front desk staffs at welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable with nice Mountain View. Perfect location with less than 150m from the train station and surrounded with lots of shops. Hotel facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are great especially on the rainy which I could not do much activities out door. Well, if the opening time for these facilities can be extended till 10pm, will be better. Overall I will say that I have great time here."
