Bad Experience
Bad services, call to them an hour no respond. And blame me never call immediately. Room like no aircon. Before check out time got someone open the door! Mercure should be the 4 star hotel, and end up received the super bad experience.

You did not perform any check in registration, sign any registration card, nor did we have a copy of your passport for the Tourism Tax verification. We would appreciate if you would not falsely accuse us on a negative experience that did not happened. Great Rooms in A Quiet Area
Pretty nice hotel with lovely, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Coffee shops and supermarkets are like 5 min walk away. 10 minutes drive to Batu Caves.

An uneventful stay which in itself is pretty good. TV has enough English channels, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, amenities were sufficient, staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing more one can ask for.

Safe, clean and comfort
Very friendly and helpful staff..thx to ms cecilia and ms zura for your kind assistance..the room was pretty good and clean to stay. Internet was superb for my working purposes during entire stay.

Good Hotel at Selayang
The hotel is good and perfect location for those need to be around selayang. It is more like business hotel. All the basic amenities is there for you to enjoy.

Mercure Hotel Water Pipes Noisy
Hotel was clean and new,however the lack of sound proofing for the pipes made the night bad, we cant fall asleep due to the noise coming from The water pipes. Or else it would have been comfortable

New hotel. Cosy room.
Check in was fast and easy. Easy parking just next to hotel entrance. Room was clean and cosy. Hotel looks new. There are some local food within walking distance. Not much shopping around area.
