Bad services, call to them an hour no respond. And blame me never call immediately. Room like no aircon. Before check out time got someone open the door!
Mercure should be the 4 star hotel, and end up received the super bad experience.

Great Rooms in A Quiet Area
Pretty nice hotel with lovely, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Coffee shops and supermarkets are like 5 min walk away. 10 minutes drive to Batu Caves.

An uneventful stay which in itself is pretty good. TV has enough English channels, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, amenities were sufficient, staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing more one can ask for.

Check in was fast and easy. Easy parking just next to hotel entrance. Room was clean and cosy. Hotel looks new. There are some local food within walking distance. Not much shopping around area.
