Plenty room for improvement.
Despite I had told the receptionist that I booked club room and ask for the location of premier check-in, but the guy still directed me to queue and wait for normal check-in counter, rather than lead me to club lounge for check-in. My booking entitled room upgrade, but the check-in staff not even mentioned that and ignore it. Furthermore, the room is very dated, and have no even a basic coffee machine for club room. Service is not on par with its claimed status. Buffet restaurant was very busy, and understaff, we and other fellow guests need to wait 9-10 minutes to get a seat allocated for buffet breakfast. Food focus on Malaysian cuisines, quality ok but not wide spread.

The hotel was integrated with Mall Intermark so there js easy access to restaurants and grocery store as well drug stores. Pool was nice and breezy. Breakfast buffet was delicious but not as many food choice as I expected. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Overall I would rate it as 9/10 and would book again.

The hotel is great, have all the right facilities, convinient easy to go about in KL. Room is clean and comfy, delicious and reasonable price inroom dining. Area to improve, a few staff are rude with customer especially when they think we cant hear or see them.

I love the complimentary cookie during check in. The scent in the elevator is also quite pleasing. Had a pleasant stay overall. The only downside is probably the parking, where you might need to manually ask to leave the parking after validating your parking ticket.
