"Unpleasant staffs at front desk at all time, all never smile never greet, all not helpful, feel like you are begging them for a room! All guests are forced to check in at 3pm which caused the super long queue during check in, even when u arrived earlier and some of the rooms are ready. No house keeping is provided unless 4 nights or longer. No exchange of towels if u stay more than a night, and extra charge for towels if u request to replace. Tennis court is chargeable and not well maintained. Room size is good and beds are comfy. "

"The hotel has bad directory for the main lobby. So misleading directory from Carpark to the receptionist. Need to travel from one tower to another tower. I spent more than 30mins to find the main lobby to check in. Hotel room is bad maintained. Room is dirty and toilet is so dirty. Toilet bowl water leakage. No toilet roll provided upon check in. Definite will not come back again. "
