"The location of this hotel is convenient access to banks like bank rakyat and hlb, walking distance but difficult to give directions. I used Bunga Raya from the Shore Mall then reached shops like selling plus sized t shirts, shop like Mustaffa .jst walk straight.. Jonker st also got public bank. Eateries like mamak stalls, chinese food, bbq,hotpot , thai nearby /at Shore Jonker etc cendol,, nyonya, simple mee goteng or fried noodles etc l and chicken rice but i dont remember seeing jpnese food which anther location nearby got, Jln KJL 8? etc. Grab rides at the range below RM20 in melaka areas like Aeon Ayer Keroh, , Lotus Bdrya Melaka, Melaka Zoo, Some honey bee attraction, etc. Most vital, the rate not that exoensive. The lifts very jammed and crowded, at times have to wait very long ."

"The hotel does not have fancy furnishings and the junior suite has a very small bathroom. The shower cubicle was leaking water onto the outside floor, making the bath mat wet. We think it is either the grout or the glass seal that lets water seep out. What we like is that the place is clean and the housekeeping staff do a good job, cleaning the rooms."

"Clean and comfortable, some traffic noise from the overhead bridge for my room facing the main road. Within walking distance to main attractions. "

"Check-in was bad. At the peak when customer check in, there was only 2 staff, at 7pm, there was 6 staff manning the counters, resulting in long check-in time. Lobby and lift has a strange foul smell. Room is not carpeted and without floor mat for the toilet. Drinks, cups etc are hidden in a cupboard. For a hotel carrying Marriot's branding, it is utterly a let down. "

"Nice clean room but lacking in room amenities. For the price I would expect more. Good location within walking distance to places of interest. Checking in and out was a breeze. Overall satisfactory. But there are probably better choices out there. "

"Parking lots are old & dim lighting only at night time. Receptionist like busy talking on the call even I was standing in front counter to check in - waiting time around 10 minutes. Room condition so so. My 1st stay in this hotel."
