"This is an excellent hotel for catching an early flight, as it is just a few minutes walk to KL airport. The hospitality is top notch, as they pack all the guests to- go breakfast when they can't catch the free breakfast window. We had their Nasi Lemek lunch boxes which were very delicious."

"Perfect when you have to stay for long hours at airport and all you need is a good sleep. I was in all females section. The check in is smooth and stay can be for straight 12 hours. Very economical. Only hindsight is that you have to go through immigration which takes a bit longer. "

"We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights via hotels.com. * sewer gas smell in the bathrooms (first video - leak in the connection from the sink to the sewer, water draining to the floor) * Air Conditioner did not cool rooms. * dead bugs in the headboards. * bar downstairs playing loud music until 3am * No in room safe, no safe at the front desk, and a letter in the room saying not to leave your valuables as the hotel would not be responsible for theft * no elevator We checked out after only one night, as no alternative arrangements were offered by the hotel to rectify the sewer gas, AC, or bug issues when we brought it up to the front desk. (Spoke to Sha & Ms. Neo) The hotel refused to refund any of the costs when contacted by hotels.com. Don't stay here."
