"This hotel is amazing, the staff are friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean and the hotel has great amenities. I loved how spacious the bathroom area was. It’s in a fantastic location to reach the train lines to head wherever you want to go! Walking distance from a beautiful temple too. "

"Great access point, staff were friendly and helpful and though room was small it was cosy. It was perfect location for Tokyo centre. Away from the madness of Shinjuku and close enough to other areas. Plenty to see and do nearby , really perfect location. There was nothing even slightly negative I could say about the place. I would stay there again."

"We loved the location of Hotel Gracery Ginza. It was walking distance to some of the attractions we wanted to see and also close to the train station. Our room was clean but small - which is understandable. Hotel staff was very helpful."

"코로나 이전에 자주 숙박하였던 호텔이어서 반가움으로 첵크인 하면서 오래전에 발급 받았던 멤버십카드를 제시하였으나 아무런 설명도 없이 도로 내밀어 민망하였는데 룸은 리뉴얼을 하고 좁은 방이지만 있을것은 다 있어 다행으로 생각되었음. 한가지 룸의 구석진곳에는 청소 손길이 가지않아 오래된 먼지가 그대로 남아 있어 보이지 않느곳 청소에 유의하여 주었으면 좋겠읍니다. 숙박요금에 비하여 가성비는 나쁘지않다고 생각됩니다. "
