"This property is beautiful and well maintained. The area is walkable to many different adventures around the city. We were able to grocery shop 5 min away and the school is about 15 minute walk. There was some sort of leak going on that was causing the floor to be damp, and I suspect that's where the smell was coming from. We ended up closing the door to the kitchen as much as possible. The building was also tired and in need of general cleaning. The flat is on the 4th floor as well, and there was no elevator, so be prepared to...
