"Very nice"

"It was OK since it is situated downtown so an advantage of being able to walk around the area is good. Nearby restaurants can be found once you step out of the door. Accommodations price is affordable just expect the least amount of comfort in your hostel room. The common area can be at 31deg during the daytime, wall fans are available though but working with a laptop computer could be very uncomfortable. Shower and Toilet rooms need a lot of improvements. Rats can be seen running around. "

"Amazing. Really friendly staff. Luxury clean room with all the amenities. Had the best night sleep so far in Manila. Definitely staying again. However won’t pay for the breakfast as for the same price I’d rather order off the breakfast menu. Buffet was limited but cooked well. Lots of activities here and a great set up. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mad Monkey Hostel Siargao and I must say, it was an amazing experience. "This hostel has a good location. It is located in the entertainment district in Malate, but I was not bothered by noise from these venues, nor did I in any way feel unsafe when walking in the area during the day or early evening. The hostel has a good Wifi service and I found the staff to be friendly. I am certain I will stay at this hostel again in the future."

"Went here on a solo trip. ON BOARD PANGLAO is the place to be if you want to treat yourself to a little indulgence or are on a tight budget. "The rooms are quite small but have a fan and an A/C and the bed is comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. I wouldn’t say it’s a social hostel but to relax and have a it of time for yourself it’s great. The owners are great: friendly and helpful. Great location, close to restaurants, cafes and the big mall. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come again!"

"Staff was friendly and always helpful. Internet connection was top notch. Room was clean and bathrooms and showers were always available. The only con from this property was poor water pressure. Toilets weren't always flushing and shower pressure was mediocre. Staff was notified and always attempted to fix the issue."

"Lovely hostel close to all amenities and the beach. Our room was basic room with 4 bunk beds and our private bathroom and shower. Towels are to rent, very cheap though. During our stay, there was an acoustic night, music was good, and the small bar was open for drinks. They also provide coffee and food during the day. This hostel is ideal of anyone who's always on the go: very close walk to the beach and D'Mall. "
