"Excellence Suites was in a great location, close to all forms of public transportation, plenty of shopping and restaurant choices as well. The rooms and facilities were clean. The bedding was comfortable and we did not hear any noise from other rooms. The water pressure was not great depending on the time of day, but this would be the only complaint. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again. "

"Room was exactly as photographed so it met our expectation. Room was clean, comfortable and tidy. The four flight walk up to our room (no lift/elevator) was doable but should be a consideration if someone in your party has mobility concerns. Be aware that they insisted on cash payment of a per person city tax upon arrival and felt lucky that I happened to have cash on hand. "

"A short walk to the train station, for our last night in Rome. Very clean, functional/modern conversion of an older floor in the building, and they maintained the frescoes on the ceiling which is a great touch. It felt like staying in a roman apartment for a night."
