"Thanks for our stay with Hyatt Regency Hotel, I find the pillows on the beds rather small for such kings sized bed, which makes the bed seems not presentable to the eyes. The handles on the wardrobe is not practical modern looking, and the large gaps both down and sides and beneath the door, each night I placed the bath mat at the bottom of the door. "At the moment this hotel is an island amongst building works. This doesn’t cause any noise but does make it a little difficult to get to. "Stayed 1 night in a newly refurbished room. Was excellent - just as you would hope from a Crowne Plaza. We had a drink and some chips in the bar, which was busy but well-staffed. We parked in a nearby multistorey (3 mins walk) but you can actually park at the hotel as well. No complaints at all."
