Super staff, enjoyable breakfast and good provision of food and drinks in lounge. Good access to Aqua park (which was fun) Do allow time to get your car brought up from the garage. Style is Disneyesque but for some that will be a plus

It is an old hotel, old rooms, all the facilities are old, do not buy full board, no restaurant is good, only 1 was worth it, I expected more in terms of your rooms and meals, they could improve the cleanliness, the beach is not better than the one at Jumeirah beach The gym is small, nothing relevant in good condition.

My family and I had a nightmare experience at Atlantis. I would never recommend them to anyone in my circle. Our check in experience was the worst. We booked two rooms. We reached early, and they were kind enough to provide one room early. This is where the experience started going downhill, and kept getting worse. The second room was a two bedroom - (connected rooms) for my elderly parents and in-laws. They told us, they would call us as soon as the room is ready. However i had to follow up multiple times, and after 3.30 PM; they tell is there is a technical issue and they cannot give us the designated rooms. All this while my folks were waiting in the lobby, as we had to quickly change clothes. Then they decide to move us from the West towers to the east towers (10-15 mins walk); for no rhyme or reason, and relegate us to the 6th floor from the 10th floor. At this point we were getting late for our desert safari tour; so we asked them to hold on to the keys; and move our bags. When we come back, they screw up again and have just two of the three rooms ready; because some genuis at the check in forgot to give us the key for the third room. Added to this, our allocated room keys stopped working suddenly. So at 9.30 PM night, we have a super tired baby, and four 80 elderly people trying to get to bed without rooms and their bags all put in one room, whose key wasn’t working. I finally complained to the manager to get our rooms allocated and checked in at 9.30 in the night.

I book through Expedia a Family Room, upon check-in a was offered two single connecting room with better view which we accepted cause kids loved the bay view. Also I was charged a one time property taxes as invoiced by Expedia. Day before leaving I check the account balance and I notice hotel charged me twice the property taxes per night (one per each room). After talking to a guest relation rep and his supervisor and even showing my Expedia invoice I was promised a bill fix and a follow up call, neither was done! Upon check out I ended up paying the double property tax fees. Not only the guest relation rep was very rude but also her shift supervisor was very inept and incompetent, unable to make a decision or at least follow up on the situation as promised. Food in the facility was overpriced and overrated, nothing out of ordinary quality wise but expect to shell out a substantial amount of money, it’s ridiculous! One of the tour booked with the hotel was cancelled because of the weather and they didn’t even bother to let us know and we lost almost the entire day waiting to do the activity, definitely a lack of fundamental communication.

Just got back from a 7 nights holiday at Atlantis, the Palm and already looking into booking next years holiday there. This was the first time staying there and also visiting Dubai, and I can say its by far the best hotel I've stayed in. The staff are incredible, so pleasant and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them, always going that extra mile for you!! Every restaurant we dined at was exceptional.

インペリアルクラブラウンジ付きで宿泊しました。 クラブラウンジでは朝食やアフタヌーンティー、ハッピーアワーで利用しました。 朝食ではブュッフェ以外にもオーダー出来るメニューが非常に豊富です。 アフタヌーンティーではスコーンが非常に美味しかったです。 ハッピーアワーではアルコールが無料になり楽しみました。 上記時間以外も軽食やスナック、ドリンクは常時設置されています。 インペリアルクラブラウンジ付きのプランではアクアベンチャーも無料で利用出来ます。 体力的、スケジュール的に全てのプールアトラクションを周ることは出来ませんでした。 全て周るには最低2日は必要だと思います。 ラウンジはチェックアウト後も滞在出来ます。 またアクアベンチャーもチェックアウト後も利用出来るようです。 オーシャンビューの部屋をセンタクしましたが、素晴らしい眺めでした。 部屋の清掃やアメニティ補充は私が把握しているだけでも一日に3回はあります。  部屋のグレードにもよるかもしれませんが、麻製のトートバッグを無料で貰うことが出来るためプールへの持ち物を入れたり、お土産にすることも可能です。

A complete resort with everything you need! Best hotel rooms we've stayed with the best views. Only drawback is that you can't walk to other parts of the palm, and will need to take taxisnbut they are very affordable!

We opted for the half board option, breakfast and evening meal. The choice of the restaurants was amazing we particularly liked Saffron and Kaleidoscope As they were buffet type options with lots of choice for food styles. I can imagine if you had children it would be an ideal choice. We liked the fact you could walk out of the hotel, get on a hotel buggy that would take yo straight to the water park, no queues to get in and access to various different areas of the park. I did order a cake for my friends birthday via the concierge service but it was never delivered which was really disappointing but this was the only downside. Housekeeping was amazing and very tentative, they could not do enough for you. All in all a very special stay. For families who like waterparks it’s a must. Food choice fantastic Any other places you need to visit is always via taxi, but prices are relatively cheap (£15-20 to Dubai mall)
