Great hotel the staff were fantastic nothing too much trouble was upgraded off a delayed flight and nothing was too much trouble. Locationnis ideal near Joann metro and a plethora of Uber drivers will take you anywhere for reasonable fares.

Gutes Hotel mit Abstrichen
Gutes Stadthotel in der Nähe der Metro Joaan, nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Malls direkt neben dem Hotel. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war 1a . Sehr schöner Spa Bereich mit Innenpool. Getrennte Saunabereiche ( finnische Sauna, Dampfsauna, Jacuzzi) für Männer und Frauen. Leider waren die Zimmer so hellhörig, dass man wirklich jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer verstehen konnte. Je nach Zimmernachbar war da ein Schlafen nicht möglich, teilweise war es unerträglich. Bitte isoliert eure Zimmer vor allem die mit Zwischentüren!!!!! Wir hatten 3 schlaflose Nächte, was wohl nichtbin ihrem Sinne ist, dass Gäste sich bei ihnen nicht erholen können. Das Restaurant befindet sich ganz oben, Frühstück war in Ordnung, wobei es an 3 Tagen keine heiße Schokolade gab. Das Abendessen in Buffetform war eine absolute Katastrophe und weder von der Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen, noch von den 2 eher gelangweilten Damen, die eigentlich bedienen sollten, weit weg von einem 5 Sterne Niveau. Das ist sehr schade, denn bis auf die Isolation in den Zimmern ist das Millenium ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Rezeption versuchte immer zu helfen und hervorheben möchte ich Badiss von der Rezeption, der uns ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade gab und auch sonst immer mit guten Ratschlägen zur Seite stand.

We wished you would have called our Guest Service Center on "0" to attend your complaint and to move you to another room. Also, we are sad to hear that you didn't like our dinner buffet which contains a variety of international food menu options. Your comment was forwarded to our Executive Chef for his review. Hot chocolate is available during buffet breakfast, but it is served upon guest's request. On the other hand, we are grateful for appreciating the excellent service rendered by my colleague and reception team for striving to deliver an excellent service to our clienteles.We hope to see you soon again.

Hence, investigation was conducted to verify the source of the complaint and we found out that a family with their kids were checking in late night and which caused this disturbance. Moreover, our operator speaks good English and he understood your request for luggage assistance, and he conveyed the message to our bellman. Unfortunately, our Concierge team were engaged with a big group of rooms departing at the same time of your request and which caused this delay. We are really sorry on that. As for our buffet breakfast, it includes a wide selection of cereals, dairy products, pastry such as croissants, donuts, live station such as pancake, waffles, omelets, eggs station, Arabic and International food from foul, manakish, salads, cold dishes to hot dishes, fruits and desserts to cover all guests' tastes. Top marks for inconvenience!
Worst door locking system ever for a hotel if this class. Complaint every day of the trip and got the engineer sent out on last day. Kids room door did not lock for days, lobby phone non functional, kids and wife waiting outside room in the cold after swimming to find door keys not working again. Emailed complaint which got the manager to come out to say I will send you a fruit platter for your kids as compensation for your continuous 6 day inconvenience. Reception staff was the most incompetent, unprofessional, biased staff I have ever experienced.

As a good will from our end, he granted you a 50% discount on our Spa treatments and a complimentary fruit platter to be sent to the room. On the other hand, our team members are well trained with high level of professionalism and friendliness as we strive to deliver a legendary experience to our clienteles and this was testified through several reviews shared by guests who stayed at our property.We hope that you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back at our hotel and make it a memorable stay.

My family and I stayed for one night, with breakfast and dinner included. The jacuzzi in the men's room was being fixed, and the swimming pool water was chilly. I hope they warm up the pool. Also, I wish there were more food choices for kids and a play area for them.

I used to live in this hotel for years and things were fine until the last two times the experience was bad, as the room emanated a bad smell from the bathroom all the time. The other problem that I faced was due to the lack of respect of one of the employees in the security department, as he spoke to me with a lack of respect and started shouting without saying anything. To care about the presence of others or even listen to me. Unfortunately, no action was taken by the hotel management other than a word of sorry.

However, we would have appreciated if you had raised this issue to our Guests Service Center during your stay with us so that we can take the necessary action and make your stay as much comfortable as possible. On the other hand, we apologize for the incident that you encountered with our Security Officer at the hotel main entrance. Investigation was done by the management, and necessary action was taken accordingly. We noticed that you refused to have your bag scanned through our luggage X-ray machine which is considered a breach to the law. The security officer operating the machine had to interfere for safety reasons. Please be noted that it is a rule imposed by government and local authorities on all hotels in Qatar to have all luggage and carry-on bags for short term and long stay guests to be scanned through the machine without any exception. As soon as I walked into the room I loved how fresh and clean it looked. I stayed for a total of 7 nights. The first morning I did not realise I need to leave the sign out for the room to be tidied. I went to reception at 4pm and asked if I could get water bottles and coffee top ups. It was immediately actioned and my cleaning attendant Murtaza completed my requests. The next day Murtaza cleaned my room early morning upon my request and I finished the water bottles by 5pm (its so hot and humid in Doha at the moment). I noticed him cleaning a nearby room and asked I could have more water and coffee. He happily said ‘sure’ and let me take how many I liked. (I only need 4 bottles to keep me going till the following day) . Everyone is so attentive at this hotel and always happy to help. The dinner is lovely and I really wanted to compliment the chef but they told me he is downstairs. I hope he was told how much I enjoyed his biryani. The hotel is a 6 minute walk from Joaan Metro Gold line Station which was perfect. I took the metro everywhere I went. One single journey costs 2 QR and capped at 6 QR.

半年に1度ほど使用していますが、いつも通り快適そのもの。昨年はワールドカップもあり値段が上がっていたけど、その反動なのか、今はおそらくどのホテルも空いている確率が高い。だから値段のほうもラマダン時のように下がってきている。逆に純粋に観光したい人にはもってこいの状態。今の値段で泊まれるならお得なホテル。お勧めです。

On a weekend trip. Hotel is in good location next to mall and several shops. Excellent service with highly professional staff. In house dining on the roof top, swimming pool & gym in excellent conditions. Will stay again next trip. Highly recommended

Brilliant hotel. Very clean and friendly staff with a great breakfast. Only slight criticism is the staff at the front of hotel sometimes would just watch as I struggled to open the door aswell as trying to get a pram through. Sagarika on reception was very helpful. I emailed when I booked that it is my husbands 40th the week we check and we are on holiday to celebrate. The guy that checked us in refused to send a little cake to the room as we arrived at the hotel a just after his birthday which I was slightly annoyed about. All in all a wonderful hotel but staff that receive you need to be just that bit more attentive

Generally it was good , rooms are clean ,location is good , the only thing that was not good is BREAKFAST ,it was really poor in terms of choices of items & quality , it is OK,for 2/3 stars hotels but not for 5 stars hotel
