You can ask them to make dinner too, they arrange transport to downtown area or trips around the island. You can rent kayaks and launch it front of the house, where you can also go snorkeling. "I cannot say enough good things about Palau Central Hotel - the staff were exceptional, the food was great, rooms are well-equipped and clean. The location is near shops and dining... you get to experience island culture and life! I am sure one can opt for one of the "resort hotels", but that's would be missing a whole lot of the experience in Palau, IMO."

"I've never left a bad review about a hotel, but I feel I have to share how poor this experience was so that others don't find themselves in the same position. We loved Palau, it was an amazing experience, but the hotel almost ruined it. It was terribly disappointing. The staff were often very rude to us, and we were nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING! Nothing listed as an amenity is complimentary. The airport is less than 2 miles from the hotel, yet they charged us $40.00 for a ride in. That's more...
