"The hotel is beautiful - very new and clean. The pools are very nice and the views of Kotor Bay are spectacular. The beach area is nice though a bit rocky with pebbles. The main downside of this hotel is the road leading to Kotor’s old town - It’s so narrow with no shoulder or curb on the water side and no place for pedestrians. "Nous avons adoré notre appartement à Villa Lukas. Spacieux, propre, avec le nécessaire dans la cuisine et un balcon. Ils ont été très accueillants dès notre arrivée et nous avons pu profiter de l’espace piscine qui était bien aménagé. "The stay was amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was how diabolical the hotel was at replying to messages or phone calls about the transfer from the airport that they offer. It took 3 weeks for them to reply and when they replied, I replied within a few hours to book the transfer and still no message or phone call to this day. Rooms are clean and tidy. Amazing view from the top floor of the platinum building with sea view."

"Lazure Hotel & Marina was great! Both the facilities and the staff made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The restaurants onsite are very, very good and great value for money. The spa was lovely - the website doesn’t actually advertise how many facilities are available, but there’s a salt room, two saunas, two steam rooms and two jacuzzis. There should be more tours and sea based activities on offer, however. "

"The rooms weren't cleaned whilst there, they made the bed and gave us new towels but left the old towels. Water was never refilled. Manager was very rude when I told him I was not aware of how to use the air con unit. The restaurant within the hotel, Lola Braza was poor, it lacked atmosphere and the food was tasteless, my mums steak was tiny and very overcooked, it cost nearly 30 euros! "

"Exceptional customer service. This is the best 5 star hotel I’ve stayed. The staff make you feel at home. The food is delicious. The chef even spoke with me and gave me his recipe. The hotel amenities are superior. Hotel is clean. Totally impressive. I love the red carpet( yes, they will give you the red carpet treatment). Highly recommend. Just be cautious because the single road in Perast is shared with cars. I would come back here in a heartbeat. "
